Amy Duafala joined the United Way of Beaver County in September 2025. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in the social service industry. Guided by a deep purpose to use her leadership, wisdom, and creativity to empower others, Amy is passionate about fostering collaboration and personal growth within her community.
