John Goberish brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education to his role as the Executive Director of the Workforce Development Division at CCAC, a position he has held since October 2024. Throughout his career, he has focused on workforce development, continuing education and customized training - creating opportunities that benefit both adult learners and local employers.
John holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. As a lifelong resident of Beaver County, he is dedicated to advancing the region's economic vitality by leading the development of responsive, flexible and inclusive training programs tailored to the evolving needs of individuals and businesses. His work is grounded in a passion for lifelong learning and building strong community partnerships.
