Kristen is a 21-year veteran of Eaton and currently serves as Plant Manager of the Beaver Plant in Vanport Township, Pennsylvania. Throughout her career with Eaton, she has held a range of leadership roles, including Product Manager and Engineering Director for Bussmann fuses, where she led cross-functional teams and drove key business and product initiatives.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University. She has been actively engaged in community impact efforts, leading and participating in numerous United Way employee campaigns across several Eaton locations.
Previously, Kristen served on the Board of Directors for the Wildwood YMCA in St. Louis County, where she supported their annual campaign, community programming and youth development initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four daughters, who are active competitors in cheerleading, gymnastics, and acrobatics.
