United Way of Beaver County New Grant Program for the 60th Anniversary Campaign

Overview:

The United Way of Beaver County is a centralized, non-profit fundraising organization allocating resources, primarily through its member agencies, which provide the human needs of the community.   It is in that vein that we have created a grant program for our 60th Anniversary Campaign to provide additional funding resources to the non-profit community in Beaver County.

The United Way is honored to continue to serve our 17 partner agencies and their efforts in human services in Beaver County, however as Beaver County continues to grow both economically and in population, as well as move forward into the next decade as a county where people are excited to live, work and play, our need to serve and provide for our people becomes more and more important.  This new program will award grants up to $5,000 in value, for new innovative projects or programs that help the people of Beaver County and serve the underserved population. These innovative projects must come from a designated 501 c (3) organization, align with the priorities of the United Way and have a sustainability element for transforming the quality of life in Beaver County.
