Dear United Way Supporter,
The past 15 months have been a challenge for all of us! I hope that you and your company have weathered the storm and are poised for a reversal of fortunes. We are happy to report that the Beaver County United Way and all of our partner agencies have survived. The entire Beaver County non-profit community worked tirelessly to serve their regular clients and thousands of new clients during the pandemic. When the shutdown occurred in March 2020, we were winding up our 2019 – 2020 campaign, but of course, could not gather for our annual Recognition Dinner in June. The 2020 – 2021 campaign ended on May 31st. It was run totally virtual, digital, by phone and e-mail.
Now that a majority of Pennsylvanians are vaccinated and indoor guidelines have been relaxed, we are planning the “Comeback Event of the Year”. This will be our only major event this year! The 6th Annual Recognition & 2021-2022 Campaign Kick-off Dinner will be held Thursday, 6:00 pm, September 9, 2021 at The Club at Shadow Lakes.
We will recognize local companies, organizations and individuals who were essential in helping us, our partner agencies and our neighbors to survive and even thrive during the pandemic!

This is not a fund-raising event but an event to thank all who were involved in our campaign. It is a gathering of our most loyal supporters. We humbly ask for your help to underwrite this event.
